how much does it usually cost to make a small scooter dealer? (maybe 5-10 scooters) and of course displays and accessories the building the land and all the office stuff.

Have you tried to take your vehicle to a car mechanic and let him drive your vehicle and hear it and tell you what the situation is HUH???? That won’t cost you nothing. But having it fixed by a mechanic might. Unless you know someone who has vehicle repair experience and won’t charge you a dime. No pain no gain. Ask a local repair man what he feels could be the problem instead Of delaying the issue and the issue gets worse then it is now.
