ive lived in this apartmant building for almost
three years. we were just put under new management this year.
she does not allow children to play with scooters,balls,skateboards,etc. she also tends to lock the laundry room when there are clothes still in the washer..so i just want to know is that allowed?

Yes it is allowed, especially if there are established hours for the facility. In reality they are the owners or acting on behalf of the owners and can do whatever they want as long as there isn’t something in your lease that says otherwise.

Whats the Importance of Razor Scooters to the Public?

They were fun about 10 years ago, but now look kinda silly. Get either a scateboard or a vespa. Razor scooters are for little kids.
